Well this isn't the most exciting picture but I had to take a picture of something to indicate that I threw my back out...again. These are the back exercises that I've been doing but something still snapped and once again I'm living on ibuprofen, heat and ice.

Ever since reading the article on 'panning' (showing movement in photos) I've been practicing and practicing the technique all day. I've taken tons of shots... most were deleted, a few were ok but I liked this one the best! My second favorite was THIS PHOTO.

The boys set up a huge Geotrax city this morning and played with it most of the day. I took so many photos but decided on this one as my POTD. I like how Kayla sabotaged the track and Hunter has a determined look on his face to drive his train over her legs. She could've cared less about the whole thing. We had already moved her off the track once but not before I snapped this PHOTO. Also, for those interested in photography, I was practicing a technique called 'panning' which basically shows motion in a photo. In the first pic, the camera was still while the object moved HERE. In this second, more difficult shot, I have to move the camera with the object trying to keep it in focus HERE.

This is Hunter asleep on the sofa at 8:30 am. We thought he was over his stomach bug from the day before but he woke up at 5 am and vomited every 5 minutes until he finally fell asleep from exhaustion just after 8 am. He's all back to normal now, yay!

I was going to take a picture of Hunter, sick on the couch today but I promised Riley I would take a picture of his new friend. He fondly named him 'Riley Jr. Purple Alien'. As an aside, he loves to wear my fluffy slipper socks :)

This is Kayla on her 'perch'. Ever since she was big enough to jump up on this table, it has become her favorite spot to lounge. She just loves hanging out in this spot to keep watch on things like a queen of the yard :). We use to have a smaller deck and a different table but she liked that as well.

Today we went to the Colorado RV, Sports, Boat and Travel Show. The boys had a great time playing in and on all the fun stuff! Greg and I drooled over the 5th-wheels that we hope to own someday!

The boys and I took a field trip tour of Invesco Field at Mile High, home of the Denver Broncos! We got to see some of the luxury suites, press booth, visiting team locker room and of course the field itself. We also got to hear a lot of interesting facts about the stadium and surrounding artwork that I never knew. Very interesting!

Colorado said goodbye to it's oldest running newspaper. Today was the final publication of The Rocky Mountain News (est. 1859), just 2 months from it's 150th anniversary. It's kinda sad to see it go...sign of the times I guess :(

Greg's Dodge Ram 3500! The cool thing about this photo is that red truck you see in the reflection is Greg's old truck he bought new in 1987. It was originally silver then he painted it red. He sold it to a neighbor's uncle several years ago and then that guy sold it to his nephew that lives across the street from us. I didn't even realize it was in this photo until I uploaded it :)

This is my 98 year old grandma's house. My grandpa grew up in this house and then my grandma moved in after they got married and they raised 5 children. My grandma still lives here with my aunt Helen. I have a lot of childhood memories of this house especially Sunday dinner every week with all my cousins!

Bath time!!

Hubby and I enjoying a Starbucks after going to my cousin's wedding. After this we headed to a local "hole in the wall" for some wine, appetizers and awesome live music. It was a perfect Valentine's day. The boys had a great time with grandma, too :)

Our Vet! We love it here as they have taken such good care of our dogs. Unfortunately, a lot of our money has gone into this building. Kayla had to visit here today to have the tip of her tail looked at(it's swollen for some reason).
