After having an artificial Christmas tree all my life, we decided to get a real one this year. It was fun looking at the different trees, drinking hot cocoa and eating candy canes. Next year, we will head to the mountains and chop one ourselves!

sounds like a fun day!! and it will be a great tradition to add! How's your house smelling?? I love those Real Trees! (sometimes I like to go buy real garland to use as decor too -- it can add that extra smell!)
