I found a recipe online that I just had to try! This EGGNOG CAKE is fabulous! I was a bit skeptical due to the fact that it didn't get a great rating but I think it's awesome. I was attracted to it because I'm not a big fan of frosting but I love powdered sugar! If you love eggnog and cake, try this!

sounds interesting and looks yummy. I'm not a big eggnog fan, so I'm not sure how I'd do with it...a small piece would probably be enough (I like the stuff...but get tired of the flavor quickly). like you, I love powdered sugar...the more the better :-)
